Cosy, loved furnished masters suite with a queen bed. The shower cabin is upscale, recently renovated (see photos). Located in quiet, family-oriented neighborhood of The Willows of Riversong, Cochrane. Thirty-five minute commute to Calgary downtown via Highways 1 or 1a. Respectful, accommodating landlord (one single person) who lives in soundproof basement. I am a busy person working in high-tech. The furnishing is currently a bit different from those on photos. UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. Looking for one occupant who does not smoke and excersize tidy habits. Second occupant, e.g. a family couple, is negotiable. It is also possible to rent out the full upper floor for a family (3 bedrooms). If you consider that, please ask for details. Shared kitchen, front and backyards. Lovely front porch where you can chill out on sofa and have dinner/drinks on warmer days. Note: one female cat is living on the premises. It's a soft-character creature who is very friendly to people. However, consider your allergy to cat fur.
