Female Roommate Wanted – Furnished RoomWe are looking for a female roommate to rent a private, single-occupancy room in our home with a share bathroom (you’ll have your own sink and personal storage space). The room is available for move-in anytime.This is a convenient location for SAIT students as we are just across the road or even a UofC student as the SAIT C-Train station is nearby, and bus routes 9, 4, and 5 are within a short walking distance.Kensington is right down the hill for shopping and restaurants.Rent Includes:Water, heat, and electricityWi-FiA fully furnished bedroomAccess to the share areas, including the shared kitchen upstairs, laundry room, lower-level lounge. Parking:Plenty of street parking is available out front. But parking is permit-only, and roomie would be required to apply to the city for their own parking permit and any visitor passes.House RulesWe want everyone to feel comfortable and at home, so we ask that everyone be respectful of the shared space and one another.Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m. on weeknights and 12:00 p.m. on weekends. Overnight guests are welcome; we simply ask that you let us know when someone will be staying over.We ask that partners and guests remain visitors rather than effectively becoming additional unwanted roommates.Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.No additional pets, as we have a very sweet dog who is a priority in our home.
