$1350 + utilities First and last month's rent The Apartment: a quaint 2-bedroom ground-floor apartment in a quiet, family neighbourhood in East York. Fully furnished common areas you just bring your room furniture. Living room and kitchen are open-concept layout as you walk in. Bathroom and bedrooms are down the hall toward the back. Your room would overlook the side yard and comes with a built-in closet. You'll have access to other common area storage like the hallway closet etc. and there is also garage storage space available for boxes, luggage, etc. The apartment comes with access to the front and side yard which you are free to use. The apartment overlooks the front yard, which is usually sprouting with flowers in the summer. The side yard boasts a long stretch of grass that will be filled with a garden come next spring but is currently being given some TLC before the winter hits. You are welcome to use these spaces and garden (or not) or if you just want to sit and chill out. We'll be setting up chairs and a table for lounging once the yard is fully prepped. Location: The apartment is located near Mortimer and Coxwell (right by the Michael Garron hospital), steps away from the Danforth. It is nestled in a quiet family-friendly street away from the hustle of traffic but still conveniently a 10-minute walk away from Danforth/Greek Town. Nearby buses: 87 Cosburn, 91 Woodbine, 70 O'Connor that take you either to Broadview or Woodbine subway stations. Coxwell and woodbine station are both a 15-minute walk away. We are also located nearby many parks. Easy access to Don Valley Parkway, 5-minute drive away. Roommate: You'll be sharing the space with a friendly woman in her early 30s who works from home three days per week. She enjoys a quiet night in, running and spending time outside with her dog, Zoé who is a little timid at first but very affectionate once she knows you. No additional pets please.
