The apartment will be shared with me, and my daughter stays with me twice a week. The space is small but has everything you need, and its meant for just two people. The room is available for rent now. Please note there is only one bathroom, and it will be shared with me, so its not an ensuite.The neighborhood is great, super convenient and close to everything. Its one block away from a health clinic and near a mall with useful shops like Subway, Shoppers Drug Mart, and other stores. Theres a Country Grocery nearby, as well as a Wholesale market. Public transport is very accessible, with buses that take you to downtown or UVic, and Camosun College. Plus, theres a recreation center nearby, and the apartment is just one block from the ocean where the boats are docked.
