The condo is in a three-story walk-up, on the top floor in the northwest corner. It's located in the heart of Old Strathcona, close to the river valley, Whyte Ave, and the Kinsmen rec facility. The condo is approximately 750sq feet, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are laminate and tile flooring throughout the suite. A washer/dryer unit is ensuite, however, pay for use laundry rooms are also available on every floor. One parking space and a storage unit are included with the rental. Heat and water are included, electricity and cable/internet/phone are the responsibilities of the renter. It is a no pet building, so I will be able to permit pets of any type at this time.
