Currently seeking one or two additional renters to participate in a SHARED accommodation home. One renter is currently committed. We are looking for a total of 2-3 LONG-TERM and mature renters for the home.This is a furnished property. Open to professionals and/or couples interested in a clean, safe environment and home, and motivated to maintain the home as though it were your own.Rental monthly rates:Single renter - $2600/month.Two (2) renters - $1300/renter/month.The home has a total of 4 bedrooms. 3 upstairs; one downstairs. The downstairs bedroom walks out to the lower living area via. dual-den doors. Ideal for a couple or single renter.Depending on the total number of renters, an additional room can be allocated to each renter (ie. spare office room, light storage, etc.).
