Our comfortable familiy home in Leipzig's city center is available from June 7th to September 15th, 2026. The apartment is ideal for families, couples, as a shared apartment (with a common living room) for two or three people, or business travelers

who appreciate spacious and comfortable accommodations. Our modern maisonette apartment consists of: Upstairs: - a cozy living room with a large balcony - a fully equipped kitchen Downstairs: - master bedroom (with a 180cm box-spring bed) - children's room with a huge mezzanine offering three sleeping spaces - a study with a guest sofa - a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub - a guest bathroom with a shower - a storage room containing the washing machine The apartment is located on the 4th floor, easily accessible by elevator. Electricity, utilities, internet, and television are included. As this is our family home, it comes with a variety of things you won`t find in a commercial rental: our fully automatic coffee machine, a pull-up bar, an electric piano, hundreds of books etc. Finally, the apartment is located in the beautiful, renovated landmark "Deutsches Buchgewerbehaus" (adress: Gutenbergplatz). The city center is a 15-minute walk away, and the "Gutenbergplatz" tram stop is just a minute away. If needed, you can also use our bicycles, which are stored in the building's bike room. We'll be away from June 6th until mid/late September. Ideally, someone would need the apartment for the entire period. However, shorter rental periods (min. 1 month) are also possible. Die Wohnung ist für eine große Familie genauso geeignet wie für Paare, eine 2er oder 3er WG (mit gemeinsamem Wohnzimmer) oder Geschäftsreisende, die es gern geräumig und gemütlich haben möchten. Unsere moderne Maisonette-Wohnung besteht aus: im oberen Bereich - gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon - voll ausgestattete Küche Im unteren Bereich: - Schlafzimmer (180cm-Boxspringbett) - Kinderzimmer mit riesiger Hochebene mit 3 Schlafplätzen - Arbeitszimmer mit Gästecouch - großes Bad mit Dusche und Wanne - Gästebad mit Dusche - Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG, das man bequem mit dem Fahrstuhl erreicht. Strom, Nebenkosten, Internet und Fernsehen sind natürlich vorhanden und inklusive. Außerdem Kaffeevollautomat, Klimmzugstange, e-Piano... Und schließlich liegt die Wohnung im wunderschönen, als Wohnhaus renovierten Deutschen Buchgewerbehaus am Gutenbergplatz. Zu Fuß ist man im 15 min in der Innenstadt, zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Gutenbergplatz braucht man eine Minute. Bei Bedarf könnten auch unsere Fahrräder genutzt werden, die im hauseigenen Fahrradraum stehen. Wir sind vom 6.6. bis Mitte/Ende September unterwegs. Ideal wäre natürlich, wenn jmd die Wohnung für die ganze Zeit bräuchte. Aber auch kürzere Miet-Zeiträume ab 4 Wochen wären ggf. machbar. Wir beantworten gerne Fragen und freuen uns auf Nachrichten.
