The apartment was renovated in 2026, and is situated on the first floor of the building (accessible by lift). It delights thanks to its open-plan concept. From the entrance hall, you arrive directly in the wonderful open-plan kitchen and bright living room. From here you have access to the separate bedroom. This is a non-smoking property. Central residential area, with the former state parliament, Schwanenspiegel lake, TV tower by the Rhine and the Königsallee all around ten minutes’ walk away. The Kirchplatz underground rail station is only 400 metres away. Kirchplatz itself offers a daily market, as well as a supermarket, dispensing chemist and cafes etc. The rent already includes the service charges and heating costs. It also includes the €30 cost of the internet connection and €70 for electricity. We have not yet received a copy of the energy certificate from the property owner, but it has been requested.
