The bathroom is very spacious and elegant with a shower, a separate bathtub and a washing machine. DEPOSIT: To make your move easier, we offer flexible deposit options. You may choose between a one-time, non-refundable non-deposit fee of EUR 560, or a refundable security deposit of 3 months rent, which will be returned after move-out in accordance with standard regulations.
