Lovely House with large terrace and garden, green, safe and calm, with spacious kitchen and all necessary furniture near S-Bahn eschborn-niederhoechststadt (Public Transport) which takes you to Eschborn Süd in 5 Minutes, Frankfurt Central

(Hauptbahnhof) in 12 Minutes. Of course an official registration is possible and the landlord will give you all necessary documentation after you moved in. The room is equipped with everything you need (bed, table, chair, wardrobe), the kitchen is also fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. The kitchen has two fridges, so that everyone can store her items. There are two bathrooms for five rooms I rent out. Each with shower, toilet and sink with mirror. There is also a spacious washing room with a washer and dryer. You can just move in and feel well :) Your lovely landlord who does not live in the direct neigborhood, but but also in Eschborn (that’s me) is extra friendly and supportive. :) So if anything is missing (furniture, fixtures, electric appliances) I am happy to bring whatever is needed. I will also support you in the registration process at the town hall. The cleaning fee will not be charged, if the apartment and the wash room and washing machine and dryer are returned 100% cleaned by the tenant. :) The girls living in the WG are between 25 and 30, all young professionals or students doing their masters.
