Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, mit Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach. Im Gebäude befindet sich einen Wäscheraum mit 2 Waschmaschinen und einen Trockner, die mitbenutzt werden können. Das Haus liegt direkt neben unser Haus, hat und einen eigenen Hauseingang und profitiert vom großen Garten wie wir alle. Die M1 Haltestelle Wiesenwinkle ist vor der Tür, 3 Min zu Fuß gibt es 2 Restaurants, REWE, Apotheke, Blumenladen, Bäcker, Kiosk mit Hermes usw. Aldi auch 3 Min zu Fuß in die andere Richtung. There is a doble IKEA bed in the living/sleeping room, cable TV and other furniture like you see at the pictures. Only tenants, that are working/or studing will be accepted. The kitchen has a huge fridge with a separate freezer, stove, oven, dish washer and microwave. There is a launfdry room in the property with 2 washmashines and dryer that can be used from the tenants. We do have solar energy at our property and try to use all energy intensive machines during the sun is shining, if you want to support us and the environment, you are welcome to live here.
