Cosy, fully furnished 2-room flat (55 m2, 2nd of 5 floors) in the heart of Friedrichshain. Facing the courtyard, it is quiet, even though restaurants, cafés and bars are right outside the door. Ideal for professionals or couples staying in Berlin for several months. This is my own flat and my main residence. I am renting it out temporarily because I have to work in Frankfurt for several months. Afterwards I will move back in myself, so the rental ends on 12 June 2027 at the latest.
