Shared living/flatmate for rent

To rent very nice, bright, quiet and fully furnished room in a 3er flat share. All pieces of furniture are only reference, completely new. The rent is a total of 550 warm. It has a size of about 12 square meters in a very nice and well maintained house in Spandau. This room is only available for one person (only woman). From the house to the Spandau train station you need less than 8 minutes by public transport (3 bus stops (No. 137, M37 and 131) are within two minutes walk ). From the Spandau train station to Charlottenburg it takes 5 minutes, to the Zoological Garden 10 minutes, to the Technical University 12 minutes and to the ring also 10 minutes by the regional train. U7 and S3 are also at Spandau train station. In the immediate vicinity we have numerous shopping possibilities for daily needs, kindergarten, schools, doctors etc.

At the moment we live in for. We are not Smoking, very calm, harmonious, sympathetic personalities who are very nice, respectful, sociable, interesting and ruthless with humor. A Thailand Women (Student), a Germen Woman (Student) a Italia Women (doctor) and i am a university lecturer / teacher. We will live a total of three people in a very beautiful and bright house.
Only die Women share the shower room und WC. We all use the washing machine, the laundry room, the built-in kitchen ( a built-in kitchen is for women ion planning) , W-Lan and vacuum cleaner in agreement (because of showering / bathing), otherwise everyone is completely private and interdependent. Everyone has its retreat and rest. Shared activities can be arranged and implemented, but it is not a must.

The following documents are required to conclude a rental contract:
- copy of the ID card,
- guarantee or proof of income
- The deposit is 3 rents, from 6 months rental period.
