Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity. The apartment, however, is located in a quiet corner of the quarter and is ideal for working people or students. From the tram stop Friesenplatz (350 meters) there are underground lines that go in all directions. Cologne s main station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) is 20 minutes walking distance. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent.
