Co-Living - WG-Zimmer zu vermieten ZIMMER: Unser gemütliches WG-Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss eines kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses und ist Teil einer 4er WG. Es wurde vor kurzem frisch renoviert und ist vollständig möbliert. Ein moderner Bodenbelag und weiße Wände sorgen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. In deinem hellen WG-Zimmer findest du ein gemütliches Einzelbett, einen Schreibtisch mit Sitzgelegenheit und einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank mit sehr guten Lagermöglichkeiten. Dicke Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln des Zimmers und ein gemütlicher Teppich sind ebenfalls vorhanden, so dass du nur noch deine Koffer auspacken musst. In der Wohnung gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne sowie zwei Toiletten. LAGE: Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem kleinen Mehrfamilienhaus Zentral in Hamburg Marienthal / Wandsbek (Nähe Kurfürstenstr.). Bis zur Uni Hamburg brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad lediglich 25 Minuten (ca. 8,5 km). Gelegentlich kommt auch ein Reinigungsdienst, welcher bei der Grundreinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Flur, Bad) reinigt unterstützt. WLAN. SONSTIGES: Dein Geschlecht, deine Herkunft oder dein Alter sind vollkommen egal. Es ist viel wichtiger, dass du ein netter, unkomplizierter und rücksichtsvoller Mensch bist. Wenn du das erfüllst, dann passt du sehr gut in diese WG.
