Kleines WG-Zimmer in sympathischer Wohngemeinschaft DAS ZIMMER Unsere etwas chaotische, aber auch sehr sympathische Wohngemeinschaft besteht aus 7 kleinen, aber gemütlichen WG-Zimmern. Das angebotene Zimmer verfügt über ein großes Fenster mit dicken Vorhängen, einem robusten Einzelbett, einen Schreibtisch, einem Kleiderschrank und einem kleinen Kühlschrank mit zwei Herdplatten. In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Außerdem gibt es eine Mini-Gemeinschafts-Pantryküche. DIE LAGE Die WG befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in Hamburg Altona-Altstadt. Bis zur Universität brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad nur ein paar Minuten (ca. 4 km). Die Reeperbahn ist nur 500 m entfernt. Von hier aus kannst du praktisch alles mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad erledigen. Nächster U/S Bahnhof "Königstraße" in 200 m. Nächster U/S Bahnhof "Reeperbahn." in 600 m. Nächster DB Bahnhof "Hamburg-Altona." in 850 m. Nächster Flughafen "Flughafen Hamburg." in 10,5 km. Fitness, Supermärkte, Fastfood, Döner & Pizza, Kultur und Parks in direkter Umgebung. DAS WG-LEBEN Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr ungezwungen und diskret. Theoretisch kann jeder für sich allein sein, da man sich lediglich das Bad und den Flur teilt. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind sehr willkommen. Es herrscht aber kein Zwang. Eine vollwertige Küche gibt es in der Wohnung nicht. Es steht aber eine Gemeinschafts-Pantryküche zur Verfügung. Die Reinigung in der WG ist unkompliziert geregelt. Jeder ist für sein eigenes Zimmer zuständig. Für den Flur und das Bad gibt es einen Reinigungsplan. W-Lan ist vorhanden. SONSTIGES Dein Geschlecht, deine Herkunft oder dein Alter sind vollkommen egal. Es ist viel wichtiger, dass du ein netter, unkomplizierter, ordentlicher und rücksichtsvoller Mensch bist. WICHTIG: Es handelt sich bei unserem Angebot lediglich um ein sehr kleines Zimmer zum Schlafen, Verweilen und Lernen, inkl. Gemeinschaftsbad. Eine vollwertige Küche gibt es in der Wohnung nicht. Es steht dir aber eine Gemeinschafts-Pantryküche zur Verfügung. Dein Zimmer verfügt auch über einen eigenen kleinen Kühlschrank. Ein Waschsalon ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Small shared room in a friendly shared apartment THE ROOM Our somewhat chaotic but also very friendly shared apartment consists of 7 small but cozy shared rooms. The room offered has a large window with thick curtains, a sturdy single bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a small refrigerator with two burners. In the apartment there are two bathrooms with a shower and toilet. There is also a mini communal kitchenette. THE LOCATION The shared apartment is located in an apartment building in Hamburg Altona-Altstadt. It only takes a few minutes to get to the university by bike (approx. 4 km). The Reeperbahn is only 500 m away. From here you can do practically everything by train or bike. Next U/S station "Königstraße" in 200 m. Next U/S station "Reeperbahn." in 600 m. Nearest DB station "Hamburg-Altona." in 850 m. Nearest airport "Hamburg Airport." in 10.5 km. Fitness, supermarkets, fast food, kebab & pizza, culture and parks in the immediate vicinity. THE APARTMENT LIFE Living together in a shared apartment is very informal and discreet. Theoretically, everyone can be alone since they only share the bathroom and the hallway. Joint activities are very welcome. But there is no compulsion. There is no full kitchen in the apartment. However, there is a communal kitchenette available. Cleaning in the shared apartment is easily regulated. Everyone is responsible for their own room. There is a cleaning plan for the hallway and bathroom. WiFi is available. MISCELLANEOUS Your gender, your origin or your age don't matter at all. It is much more important that you are a nice, uncomplicated, tidy and considerate person. If you fulfill that, then you will fit in very well in this Mirco shared apartment. We look forward to your contact request. IMPORTANT: Our offer is just a very small room for sleeping, relaxing and studying, including a shared bathroom. There is no full kitchen in the apartment. However, there is a communal kitchenette available. Your room also has its own small refrigerator. A launderette is within walking distance.
