ZIMMER: Unser helles WG-Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses und ist Teil einer 4er Wohngemeinschaft (WG). Das WG-Zimmer ist gepflegt und vollständig möbliert. Ein moderner Bodenbelag und weiße Wände sorgen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das große Fenster flutet das Zimmer mit viel Licht. In deinem Zimmer findest du ein gemütliches Einzelbett, einen Schreibtisch mit einer robusten Sitzgelegenheit und einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank mit Spiegel. Mit den dicken Vorhängen kannst du dein Zimmer super verdunkeln. Außerdem hast du in deinem Zimmer eine eigene Teeküche (ohne Wasseranschluss) mit einem eigenen Kühlschrank. In der Wohnung gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Außerdem steht dir das WLAN (Internet) zur Verfügung. LAGE: Die Wohngemeinschaft befindet sich Zentral in Hamburg Tonndorf (Ecke Sonnenweg / Stein-Hardenberg-Str.) Bis zur Uni Hamburg brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad lediglich 30 Minuten (ca. 10,0 km). Mit der Bahn (RB & S21) bist du in ca. 40 Minuten bei der Uni. Nächster Bahnstation "Tonndorf" in 350 m. Nächste Bushaltestelle "Studio Hamburg" in 400 m. Nächster Autobahn "Jenfeld A24" in 2.400 m. WG-LEBEN: Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr ungezwungen und diskret. Theoretisch kann jeder für sich allein sein, da man sich lediglich das Bad und den Flur teilt. Eine Küche gibt es in der Wohnung nicht. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind sehr willkommen. Es herrscht aber kein Zwang. Die Reinigung in der WG ist unkompliziert geregelt. Jeder ist für sein eigenes Zimmer zuständig. Für den Flur und das Bad gibt es einen Reinigungsplan. W-Lan ist vorhanden. SONSTIGES: Dein Geschlecht, deine Herkunft oder dein Alter sind vollkommen egal. Es ist viel wichtiger, dass du ein netter, unkomplizierter und rücksichtsvoller Mensch bist. WICHTIG: Es handelt sich bei unserem Angebot lediglich um ein sehr kleines Zimmer zum Schlafen, Verweilen und Lernen, inkl. Gemeinschaftsbad. In der Wohnung gibt es keine Küche und keine Waschmaschine. Ein Waschsalon befindet sich in fußläufiger Nähe.

ROOM: Our bright shared room is located on the ground floor of a well-kept apartment building and is part of a 4-person shared apartment (WG). The shared room is well maintained and fully furnished. Modern flooring and white walls create a pleasant atmosphere. The large window floods the room with lots of light. In your room you will find a comfortable single bed, a desk with sturdy seating and a spacious wardrobe with a mirror. You can darken your room really well with the thick curtains. You also have your own kitchenette in your room (without a water connection) with your own refrigerator. In the apartment there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. You also have access to WiFi (internet). LOCATION: The shared apartment is centrally located in Hamburg Tonndorf (corner of Sonnenweg and Stein-Hardenberg-Str.). It only takes 30 minutes by bike (approx. 10.0 km) to the University of Hamburg. You can get to the university in about 40 minutes by train (RB & S21). Next train station "Tonndorf" in 350 m. Next bus stop "Studio Hamburg" is 400 m. Next motorway "Jenfeld A24" at 2,400 m. WG LIFE: Living together in a shared apartment is very informal and discreet. Theoretically, everyone can be alone since they only share the bathroom and the hallway. There is no kitchen in the apartment. Joint activities are very welcome. But there is no compulsion. Cleaning in the shared apartment is easily regulated. Everyone is responsible for their own room. There is a cleaning plan for the hallway and bathroom. WiFi is available. MISCELLANEOUS: Your gender, your origin or your age don't matter at all. It is much more important that you are a nice, easy-going and considerate person. If you fulfill that, then you will fit in very well in our colorful shared apartment. We look forward to your contact request. ... IMPORTANT: Our offer is just a very small room for sleeping, relaxing and studying, including a shared bathroom. There is no kitchen or washing machine in the apartment. There is a launderette within walking distance.
