DAS ZIMMER (Nr. 2): Unser gemütliches WG-Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Obergeschoss eines gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses und sind Teil einer 4er WG. Das WG-Zimmer ist SEHR klein. Es wurden vor kurzem frisch renoviert und ist vollständig möbliert. Ein moderner Bodenbelag und weiße Wände sorgen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Große bodentiefe Fenster fluten die Zimmer mit viel Licht. Im Zimmer findest du ein gemütliches Einzelbett, einen kleinen Schreibtisch mit einer robusten Sitzgelegenheit und einem Wandschrank für deine Kleidung. Außerdem verfügt dein Zimmer über eine kleine Tee-Küche inkl. eigenem Kühlschrank. Dicke Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln des Zimmers sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Du musst also nur noch deine Koffer auspacken und kannst sofort Hamburg erkunden. Ein kleiner Balkon mit Blick in den Garten lädt zum Chillen und Genießen einlädt. Zudem gibt es eine einfache Gemeinschaftsküche. Das moderne Badezimmer bietet dir den gewohnten Standard. Das Badezimmer und die Gemeinschaftsküche musst du dir mit deinen drei netten Mitbewohnern teilen. Im Keller des Gebäudes steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich diverse Waschcenter. DIE LAGE: Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus Zentral in Hamburg Alsterdorf (Nähe "Knappe Böge"). Die Alster ist fast vor der Tür. Bis zur Uni Hamburg brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad lediglich 15 Minuten (ca. 5 km). Nächster U/S Bahnhof "Alsterdorf" in 600 m. Nächster U/S Bahnhof "Sengelmannstr." in 600 m. Bis zum Alsterufer 120m. Bis zum Stadtpark 1.700 m. Nächster Supermarkt "Aldi" in 650 m. Nächster Flughafen "Airport Hamburg" in 3.000 m. DAS WG-LEBEN: Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr ungezwungen. Jeder kann für sich sein, gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind aber auch sehr willkommen. Es herrscht kein Zwang. Die Reinigung in der WG ist unkompliziert geregelt. Jeder ist für sein eigenes Zimmer zuständig. Die Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsflächen regeln die WG-Bewohner selbst. In der Wohnung gibt es W-Lan. SONSTIGES: Dein Geschlecht, deine Herkunft oder dein Alter sind vollkommen egal. Es ist viel wichtiger, dass du ein netter, unkomplizierter und rücksichtsvoller Mensch bist. Wenn du das erfüllst, dann passt du sehr gut in unsere bunte WG. WICHTIG: Es handelt sich bei unserem Angebot lediglich um ein sehr kleines Zimmer zum Schlafen, Verweilen und Lernen, inkl. Gemeinschaftsbad und einer kleinen Gemeinschaftsküche.

THE ROOM (No. 2): Our cozy shared room is located on the first floor of a well-kept apartment building and is part of a 4-person shared apartment. The shared room is VERY small. It has recently been renovated and is fully furnished. Modern flooring and white walls create a pleasant atmosphere. Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with lots of light. In the room you will find a comfortable single bed, a small desk with a sturdy seat and a closet for your clothes. Your room also has a small tea kitchen including its own refrigerator. Thick curtains to darken the room are also available. So all you have to do is unpack your bags and you can explore Hamburg straight away. A small balcony with a view of the garden invites you to chill out and enjoy. There is also a simple shared kitchen. The modern bathroom offers you the usual standard. You have to share the bathroom and the communal kitchen with your three nice roommates. A washing machine is available in the basement of the building. There are various laundry centers in the immediate vicinity. THE LOCATION: The room is located in a well-kept apartment building centrally in Hamburg Alsterdorf (near "Knappe Böge"). The Alster is almost at the door. It only takes 15 minutes (approx. 5 km) by bike to get to the University of Hamburg. Next U/S train station "Alsterdorf" in 600 m. Next U/S station "Sengelmannstr." in 600 m. To the banks of the Alster 120m. To the city park 1,700 m. Next supermarket "Aldi" in 650 m. The nearest airport is "Airport Hamburg" at 3,000 m. THE SHARE LIFE: Living together in a shared apartment is very relaxed. Everyone can be alone, but joint activities are also very welcome. There is no compulsion. Cleaning in the shared apartment is easily regulated. Everyone is responsible for their own room. The shared residents take care of the cleaning of the common areas themselves. There is WiFi in the apartment. MISCELLANEOUS: Your gender, your origin or your age don't matter at all. It is much more important that you are a nice, easy-going and considerate person. If you fulfill that, then you will fit in very well in our colorful shared apartment. IMPORTANT: Our offer is just a very small room for sleeping, relaxing and studying, including a shared bathroom and a small shared kitchen.
