1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

Overview

Room 8 Hi guys, this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also, the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Registration/Anmeldung is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). This appartment has two bathrooms. For the move in dates we sometimes have the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In some cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our chats :) Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00 that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in and a deposit (950) which needs to be payed after booking to the landlord: flat-mate via bank transfer. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
