1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

Reasonable accommodation is available for a one to two-semester master's student, preferably a male nerd, as a tenant. The perfect atmosphere for a short-term stay of up to six months, with occasional exceptions for up to one year. The location is unbeatable, with a three-minute walk to the underground, a six-minute walk to the S-Bahn shopping center, and a six-minute walk to the central train station (HBF). Your sleeping room is cozy, but your living space will be in the blue room (see photo). After 6 pm most days, you will have access to a spacious kitchen, washer, dryer, and a cleaning service every two weeks (except when she's on vacation). Additionally, you will have your own WC, which is shared with clients, ( It is a must that you keep the WC tidy at all times!) and we will share the m(hidden)athroom with a shower and tub. My home has great energy, no drama, and is in an excellent location! I prefer tenants who are out during the day! As I work from home. If you are a hobby musician, that would be a plus!
