Mit der U-Bahn-Anbindung haben Sie eine sehr gute logistische Anbindung in alle Richtungen. Die Mieter sind dafür verantwortlich, die Wohnung während ihres Aufenthalts sauber zu halten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass eine obligatorische Gebühr für Bettwäsche von 30 EUR erhoben wird. ----------------- This is a nice,very centrally located student flat-sharing community. The rooms are 18- 20 m2 large. The WG is fully furnished and equipped as well kitchen. The washing machine is available in the kitchen. Wifi is also available. The bathroom, WC and kitchen are shared by four persons in total. You will have excellent access with public transport (subway). Tenants are responsible for keeping the flat clean during their stay. Please note that there is a mandatory charge of EUR 30 for bed linen.
