It comes furnished with a single bed, a work desk, a desk chair and lamp, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. We also added a carpet. The room is designed for two people. Location The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a nice building. It has its own bathroom and a nice kitchen. There is also a common space when you enter the apartment. The whole apartment has three rooms in total. The building is privileged with an elevator and is just 5 minutes away from public transportation. We have two major supermarkets less than 1 minute away and free parking on the street. Flatshare Type The apartment is fully furnished with a washing machine, oven, and refrigerator. Everyone is expected to help keep the apartment nice and clean. Cooking and hanging out together is encouraged if you are looking for a social atmosphere. Miscellaneous The area is extraordinarily safe. The entire building belongs to us, which allows you to be part of an existing social group if you'd like. Rent includes all utility costs. The deposit is two months' rent in advance, which you will get back when you move out. Registration in Berlin is no problem with the contract provided by us. IMPORTANT: Move-in is only possible on weekdays between 12 and 16 o'clock. Move-in is not possible on weekends and public holidays.
