A few years ago, a shared apartment was newly furnished in an old building in a quiet side street in Frankfurt-Bornheim, not far from Günthersburgpark and Berger Straße. The apartment is on the raised ground floor of a well-kept residential building from 1900. It consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Behind the house, residents have access to a terrace (inner courtyard). The largest room, No. 2, is currently available for rent. All rooms, as well as the kitchen and bathroom, are fully furnished, the beds have new mattresses, the rooms are ready to move in: all you need to bring is your toothbrush! The rooms are offered "all inclusive", i.e. all additional costs are included in the rent, as is a very fast internet connection. In addition, a cleaning lady comes every 4 weeks to clean the common rooms (kitchen, bathroom, hallway). Nothing should stand in the way of lasting shared peace. :) Frankfurt-Bornheim... you can't live much better as a new Frankfurt resident. Berger Straße is the hotspot and the lively center of young Frankfurt with countless bars, cafes, restaurants. Günthersburgpark, just a few minutes away, is the green lung of the district, you can live here! The connection to public transport is perfect: In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the "Höhenstraße" subway station, from here you can get to the "Konstablerwache" and then to the "Hauptwache" and the main station in just a few minutes. The current shared apartment was founded in 2021. A team of three working girls in their mid-20s currently live in the apartment. The plan is to keep the shared apartment of three girls. Our focus is on working people between the ages of 25 and 35.

Möbliertes WG-Zimmer zu vermieten in Frankfurt. Vor einigen Jahren wurde eine WG in einem Altbau in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Frankfurt-Bornheim, unweit vom Günthersburgpark und der Berger Straße, neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre eines gepflegten Wohnhauses aus dem Jahr 1900. Sie besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Küche, Flur und Bad. Hinter dem Haus haben die Bewohner Zugang zu einer Terrasse (Innenhof). Aktuell steht das größte Zimmer, Nr. 2, zur Vermietung. Alle Zimmer, sowie Küche und Bad, sind vollmöbliert, die Betten haben neue Matratzen, die Zimmer sind bezugsfertig: nur die Zahnbürste muss noch mitgebracht werden! Die Zimmer werden "all inclusive" angeboten, d.h. sämtliche Nebenkosten sind in der Miete enthalten, ebenso wie ein sehr schneller Internetanschluss. Außerdem kommt alle 4 Wochen eine Putzfrau, die die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad, Flur) putzt. Einem dauerhaften gemeinsamen Frieden sollte also nichts im Wege stehen. :) Frankfurt-Bornheim viel besser kann man als Neu-Frankfurter kaum wohnen. Die Berger Straße ist der Hotspot und das lebendige Zentrum des jungen Frankfurts mit unzähligen Bars, Cafés, Restaurants. Der nur wenige Minuten entfernte Günthersburgpark ist die grüne Lunge des Viertels, hier lässt es sich wohnen! Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist perfekt: In 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die U-Bahnstation "Höhenstraße", von hier gelangt man in wenigen Minuten zur "Konstablerwache" und weiter zur "Hauptwache" und zum Hauptbahnhof. Die jetzige WG wurde 2021 gegründet. In der Wohnung lebt aktuell ein Team aus drei berufstätigen Mädels Mitte 20. Geplant ist, die Dreier-WG zu erhalten. Unser Fokus liegt auf berufstätigen Menschen im Alter von 25 bis 35 Jahren.
