A few years ago, a shared apartment was newly furnished in an old building in a quiet side street in Frankfurt-Bockenheim, not far from Grüneburgburgpark and Leipziger Straße. The apartment is on the raised ground floor of a well-kept residential building from 1900. It consists of 3 rooms, a large kitchen-living room, hallway, bathroom and separate toilet. At the end of the year, room no. 3 will be available for new rental; it faces a quiet inner courtyard. The highlight: In addition to the room, there is also a glazed balcony for exclusive use that adjoins the room. All rooms, as well as the kitchen and bathroom, are fully furnished, the beds have mattresses and complete bedding, the rooms are ready to move in: all you need to bring is your toothbrush! The rooms are offered "all inclusive", i.e. all additional costs are included in the rent, as is a very fast internet connection. In addition, a cleaning lady comes every 4 weeks to clean the common rooms (kitchen, bathroom, hallway). Nothing should stand in the way of lasting peace in the shared flat. :) Frankfurt-Bockenheim... you can't live much better as a new Frankfurt resident. Leipziger Straße is the hotspot and the lively centre of young Frankfurt with countless shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Grüneburgpark (or Palmengarten), just a few minutes away, is the green lung of the district, you can live here! The connection to public transport is perfect: The subway station "Bockenheimer Warte" is a 5-minute walk away. From here you can take the U6/7 to "Hauptwache" and then to "Konstablerwache" in just a few minutes. Take the U4 in the direction of "Hauptbahnhof". The current shared apartment was founded in 2023. A team of 3 professionals in their mid/late 20s (2x f, 1x m) currently live in the apartment. The remaining team is Korean and German, both young professionals. We are interested in a rather long-term rental agreement; the 6-month minimum rental period mentioned is to be understood as a lower limit.

Möbliertes WG-Zimmer zu vermieten in Frankfurt. Vor einigen Jahren wurde eine WG in einem Altbau in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Frankfurt-Bockenheim, unweit von Grüneburgburgpark und Leipziger Straße, neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre eines gepflegten Wohnhauses aus dem Jahr 1900. Sie besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer großen Wohnküche, Flur, Bad und separatem WC. Ende des Jahres wird das Zimmer Nr. 3 zur Neuvermietung frei, es liegt zu einem ruhigen Innenhof. Der Clou: Neben dem Zimmer gibt es noch einen verglasten Balkon zur alleinigen Nutzung, der an das Zimmer angrenzt. Alle Zimmer, sowie Küche und Bad, sind vollmöbliert, die Betten verfügen über Matratzen und komplette Bettwäsche, die Zimmer sind bezugsfertig: Sie brauchen nur Ihre Zahnbürste mitzubringen! Die Zimmer werden "all inclusive" angeboten, d.h. sämtliche Nebenkosten sind in der Miete enthalten, ebenso wie ein sehr schneller Internetanschluss. Zusätzlich kommt alle 4 Wochen eine Putzfrau, die die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad, Flur) reinigt. Dem dauerhaften Frieden in der WG sollte nichts im Wege stehen. :) Frankfurt-Bockenheim... viel besser kann man als Neu-Frankfurter kaum wohnen. Die Leipziger Straße ist der Hotspot und das lebendige Zentrum des jungen Frankfurts mit unzähligen Geschäften, Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Der wenige Minuten entfernte Grüneburgpark (bzw. Palmengarten) ist die grüne Lunge des Viertels, hier lässt es sich wohnen! Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist perfekt: Die U-Bahn-Station "Bockenheimer Warte" ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Von hier aus gelangt man mit der U6/7 in wenigen Minuten zur "Hauptwache" und weiter zur "Konstablerwache". Mit der U4 Richtung "Hauptbahnhof" fährt man weiter. Die jetzige WG wurde 2023 gegründet. In der Wohnung wohnt aktuell ein Team aus 3 Berufstätigen Mitte/Ende 20 (2x w, 1x m). Das restliche Team besteht aus Koreanern und Deutschen, beides junge Berufstätige. Wir sind an einem eher langfristigen Mietvertrag interessiert; die genannte 6-monatige Mindestmietdauer ist als Untergrenze zu verstehen.
