1 bedroom shared living/flatmate for rent

A few years ago, a shared apartment was newly furnished in an old building in a quiet side street in the best part of Frankfurt's Nordend, not far from the Holzhausenviertel. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residential building from 1900. It consists of 3 rooms, a kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The largest room, No. 2, is currently available for rent. This faces west towards the (very quiet side) street and is very bright. All rooms, including the kitchen and bathroom, are fully furnished, the beds have new mattresses, the rooms are ready to move in: you just need to bring your toothbrush! The rooms are offered "all inclusive", i.e. all additional costs are included in the rent, as is a fast internet connection. In addition, a cleaning lady comes every 4 weeks to clean the common rooms (kitchen, bathroom, hallway). Nothing should stand in the way of lasting shared peace. :) Frankfurt-Nordend... you can't live much better as a new Frankfurt resident. Eckenheimer Landstrasse and Oederweg are the lively center of young Frankfurt with countless bars, cafes and restaurants. The connection to public transport is perfect: the "Glauburgstrasse" subway station is only a few minutes away. From here you can get to Frankfurt city center in 5-10 minutes. The current shared apartment was founded in 2021. A working team of 3 (2m/1f) in their mid/late 20s currently lives in the apartment. Our focus is on working people between the ages of 25 and 35.

Möbliertes WG-Zimmer zu vermieten in Frankfurt. Vor einigen Jahren wurde eine WG in einem Altbau in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im besten Frankfurter Nordend, unweit des Holzhausenviertels, neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG eines Wohnhauses aus dem Jahr 1900. Sie besteht aus 3 Zimmern, Küche, Flur und Bad. Aktuell steht das größte Zimmer, Nr. 2, zur Vermietung. Dieses ist nach Westen zur (sehr ruhigen Seiten-)Straße ausgerichtet und sehr hell. Alle Zimmer, auch Küche und Bad, sind vollmöbliert, die Betten haben neue Matratzen, die Zimmer sind bezugsfertig: nur die Zahnbürste muss noch mitgebracht werden! Die Zimmer werden "all inclusive" angeboten, d.h. sämtliche Nebenkosten sind in der Miete enthalten, ebenso ein schneller Internetanschluss. Außerdem kommt alle 4 Wochen eine Putzfrau, die die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad, Flur) putzt. Einem dauerhaften gemeinsamen Frieden sollte also nichts im Wege stehen. :) Frankfurt-Nordend viel besser kann man als Neu-Frankfurter kaum wohnen. Eckenheimer Landstraße und Oederweg sind das lebendige Zentrum des jungen Frankfurts mit unzähligen Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist perfekt: Die U-Bahnstation "Glauburgstraße" ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Von hier aus gelangt man in 5-10 Minuten in die Frankfurter Innenstadt. Die jetzige WG wurde 2021 gegründet. In der Wohnung lebt aktuell ein 3-köpfiges berufstätiges Team (2m/1w) Mitte/Ende 20. Unser Fokus liegt auf berufstätigen Menschen im Alter zwischen 25 und 35 Jahren.
