Frankfurt-Bockenheim... you can't live much better as a new Frankfurt resident. Leipziger Straße is the hotspot and the lively center of young Frankfurt with countless shops, bars, cafes, restaurants. Grünrburgpark (or Palmengarten), just a few minutes away, is the green lung of the district, you can live here! The connection to public transport is perfect: In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the subway station "Bockenheimer Warte". A few years ago, a shared apartment was newly furnished in an old building in a quiet side street in Frankfurt-Bockenheim, not far from Günthersburgpark and Leipziger Straße. The apartment is a well-kept residential building from 1900. It consists of a total of 5 rooms, a large kitchen-living room, hallway, bathroom and separate toilet. A small balcony leads off the kitchen-living room towards the inner courtyard. All rooms, as well as the kitchen and bathroom, are fully furnished, the beds have mattresses and complete bedding, the rooms are ready to move in: all you need to bring is your toothbrush! The rooms are offered "all inclusive", i.e. all additional costs are included in the rent, as is a very fast internet connection. In addition, a cleaning lady comes every 4 weeks to clean the common rooms (kitchen, bathroom, hallway). Nothing should stand in the way of lasting shared peace. :)

Helles Zimmer in 5er-WG. Frankfurt-Bockenheim... viel besser kann man als Neu-Frankfurter kaum wohnen. Die Leipziger Straße ist der Hotspot und das lebendige Zentrum des jungen Frankfurts mit unzähligen Geschäften, Bars, Cafés, Restaurants. Der nur wenige Minuten entfernte Grünrburgpark (oder Palmengarten) ist die grüne Lunge des Bezirks, hier lässt es sich wohnen! Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist perfekt: In 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die U-Bahnstation "Bockenheimer Warte". In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in Frankfurt-Bockenheim, unweit vom Günthersburgpark und der Leipziger Straße, wurde vor einigen Jahren eine WG in einem Altbau neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist ein gepflegtes Wohnhaus aus dem Jahr 1900. Sie besteht aus insgesamt 5 Zimmern, einer großen Wohnküche, Flur, Bad und separatem WC. Von der Wohnküche führt ein kleiner Balkon in Richtung Innenhof. Alle Zimmer, sowie Küche und Bad, sind vollmöbliert, die Betten verfügen über Matratzen und komplettes Bettzeug, die Zimmer sind bezugsfertig: Mitzubringen ist nur noch die Zahnbürste! Die Zimmer werden "all inclusive" angeboten, d.h. sämtliche Nebenkosten sind in der Miete enthalten, ebenso wie ein sehr schneller Internetanschluss. Zusätzlich kommt alle 4 Wochen eine Putzfrau, die die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad, Flur) säubert. Dem dauerhaften gemeinsamen Frieden sollte also nichts im Wege stehen. :)
