1 bedroom flat for rent

Overview

We're travelling across South America for a few months & are sub-letting our beautiful flat from the end of July to the end of December/January. The flat is right by the canal in a very hip area of Neukölln, with lots of bars & restaurants. Yet, it is also remarkably quiet, as it is not on the main street. There is a kitchen (with a dishwasher & washing machine), a full bathroom, a big living room with a balcony & a bedroom. We will take out some valuables (vinyls, etc.) but will leave it fully furnished & ready to move in. The warm rent includes everything (from WiFi, GEZ & electricity to water). Our landlord is very easy-going and helpful, but would want to meet you in person.
