We are renting our beautiful apartment in Berlin, located in the fantastic area of Friedrichshain. Let us tell you a bit about it! :) LOCATION Our apartment is situated in the southern part of Friedrichshain. It's close to parks like Treptower Park, and you'll find supermarkets, spätis, bars, and restaurants nearby. Boxi, the center of the neighborhood, is less than 10 minutes away by bike, and you can enjoy the lively market there every Saturday. BUILDING The building was constructed just two years ago, and we were the first to live here. Everything was brand new when we moved in. The materials are of high quality, with excellent insulation and proper windows, so it's comfortable in both summer and winter. ABOUT OUR HOME Our apartment is on the 4th floor, offering amazing light and views. It features a spacious bedroom with a balcony, a bathroom, and a large open area where the kitchen and living room are connected by big windows on both sides, along with another internal balcony. The light is fantastic throughout the day. The apartment is furnished as shown in the pictures, complete with a washing machine in the bathroom and all necessary kitchen utensils. If you prefer not to keep some of our items, we can pack them away for you. AVAILABILITY Our home will be available for 6 months starting in August, as we will be on a long trip until the end of the year.
