Location The apartment is located 5. minutes from the Kurfürstendamm in Wilmersdorf. Walking distance to all shopping ( Rewe, Lidel, Netto , Aldi, ) and many small delicatessens of all kinds. Both also boutiques, restaurants and bars, theaters, cinemas and much more, can be found nearby. Public transportation is also all in 5 to 7 min easy to reach ( M29, M19, 104, 110) Ringbahnstation Halensee , U7 Konztanzerstr . Who loves nature , like us , is in about 10, 15 min in the Grunewald . There are many swimming lakes , you can go boating , jogging , cycling and much more experience. WG life One thing first of all ,in our WG we pay a lot of attention to corona rules. If there are any open questions, just ask !!! We have' a very harmonious WG- life. We like to cook together and go out together. We love music and all kinds of flea markets, street festivals, it is also like to sing times, (Plus : in the living room is a large grand piano, on which can be played with pleasure , by arrangement). In the summer, we like to celebrate times a party , together, where everyone can invite his friends to it. But equally we also pay attention to privacy, so that everyone can withdraw and have his peace. Cleanliness is taken care of with us, not that we are cleaning angels, but we like it clean. Also, you should get along with dogs because we have one. Other You should be tolerant and have no problem with gays or lesbians or trans . And we have a hunting dog who is very well behaved, who brings a lot of fun in. Happy to have something long term and of course with registration. Stock mit einem kleinen Balkon , mit einer hammer Aussicht über den Hochmeisterplatz ins Grüne. Das Zimmer ist gerade neu im März Renoviert worden und mit neuen Möbeln ausgestattet worden. Es steht ein 140 mal 2 m Bett eine kleine Kommode und ein kl. Kleiderschrank, sowie eine Kleiderstange im Zimmer. Die gesamte Wohnung geht vom 4. in den 5. Stock in einer traumhaften wunderschönen lichtdurchflutete Wohnung , mit Aufzug in den 4. und 5. Stock . Lage Die Wohnung liegt 5. Minuten vom Kurfürstendamm in Wilmersdorf entfernt. Fußläufig sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen ( Rewe, Lidel, Netto , Aldi, ) und viele kleine Feinkostläden aller Art. Sowohl auch Boutiquen, Restaurants und Bars, Theater, Kinos und vieles mehr, sind in der nähe zu finden. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind auch alle in 5 bis 7 min gut zu erreichen ( M29, M19, 104, 110) Ringbahnstation Halensee , U7 Konztanzerstr . Wer die Natur liebt , so wie wir , ist in ca 10, 15 min im Grunewald . Da gibt es viele Badeseen, man kann Boot fahren, Joggen, Fahrrad fahren und vieles mehr erleben. WG-Leben Eins zu allererst ,in unserer WG wird sehr auf Coronaregeln geachtet. Falls fragen offen sind, einfach nachfragen !!! Wir haben' ein sehr harmonisches WG- Leben. Wir kochen gerne zusammen und gehen zusammen aus. Wir lieben Musik und alle möglichen Flohmärkte , Straßenfeste, es wird auch gerne mal gesungen , (Plus : im Wohnzimmer steht ein großer Flügel, auf dem gerne gespielt werden kann , nach Absprache). Im Sommer, feiern wir gerne mal eine Party , gemeinsam, wo jeder seine Freunde dazu einladen kann. Aber genauso achten wir auch auf Privatsphäre, so das jeder sich zurück ziehen kann und seine Ruhe haben kann. Auf Sauberkeit wird bei uns geachtet, nicht das wir Putzengel sind, aber wir mögen es sauber. Außerdem solltest Du mit Hunden zurecht kommen da wir einen haben . Sonstiges Du solltest tolerant sein und kein Problem haben mit Schwulen oder Lesben oder Trans . Und wir haben einen Jagdhund, der sehr gut erzogen ist, der viel Fun reinbringt Gerne haben wir etwas langfristiges und selbstverständlich mit Anmeldung. Wir freuen uns von Dir zu hören!!!
