If actual consumption is lower, the difference will be deducted from the following month's bill, upon presentation of invoices. The security deposit will be equal to the highest monthly rent amount during the rental period, with a minimum of 1,000. In case of early termination of the contract by the tenant, or breach of rules, a penalty equal to the highest monthly rent amount during the rental period will apply, with a minimum of 1,000. 2. Included Services: Internet: included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels: included (must be returned in good condition upon check-out, without tears or permanent stains). 3. Cleaning Fee: A mandatory cleaning fee will be charged before the start of the stay. This fee includes: Final cleaning of the apartment. Laundry (washing of bed linen and towels). Rental of bed linen and towels during the occupancy period. If the apartment is left in very poor condition and the fee is insufficient, the difference will be charged. 4.
