You will live directly between Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstrasse. By foot, you can easily reach many important places in Berlin, including Rosenthaler Platz, Hackescher Markt, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstrasse, Central Station and the most important for students: the Humboldt University. In addition, the apartment location offers perfect connection to public transportation to the underground stations Rosenthalter Platz (U8), Rosa Luxemburg Platz (U2) as well as the S-Bahn Nordbahnhof (S1 and S2) as well as the U-Bahn and S-Bahn station Alexanderplatz (U2, U5, U8, S5, S7, S75) and the airport express - overall one of the most popular location in Berlin! (see the map of Berlin in the photos) About the flat: The apartment is fully furnished (furniture included in the rental price). There is three rooms in total: two bedrooms and one living room. Bedroom number 1 ("Zimmer 1") has two single beds (200x100cm), a pull-out couch(150x200cm) and a desk as well as access to a balcony. This room can only be reached by walking through the living room (see floor plan in the pictures). Bedroom number 2 ("Zimmer 2") has one single bed (200x100), a pull-out couch (150x200) and a desk. The living room ("Zimmer 2") offers a seating area around a table, a pull-out couch as well as the kitchen area. The kitchen itself (new) is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster and microwave (see photos). A washing machine is also available. The apartment was built in a charming old style, and therefore has 3.20m high ceilings and smoothly tiled walls. Since the apartment has several rooms, it is also suitable for couples or a maximum of 5 persons. Renting just a single room is unfortunately not possible. At the end of your stay, we will charge a cleaning fee of 150 We will deduct that amount from the deposit, the rest will be paid out to you.
