Apartment: The private apartment of 30 sqm can host 1 or 2 persons (+100 EUR rent for the 2nd person). The apartment is in the yard. It has its own, fully equipped kitchen, and its own private bathroom. It has a high sleeping area accessed via a ladder. Your room is equipped with a double bed (hidden) closets, desk, sofa, bed linen, towels, and everything you see at the pictures. The house has: - 10 bedrooms, - 3 bathrooms (1 bathroom for 3 rooms), - a shared Kitchen (your room still has its own kitchen), - laundry, - nice garden, - large roof terrace, - bike storage, and a - party room designed to share with your future housemates. The house is fully equipped and decorated with everything you need. You can simply arrive with your luggage and live in Bonn for a season in one of the most beautiful areas of the city. Places nearby: - one street away from public transport (less than 5 min) - 400 m to the river promenade enjoy summer sunsets there - 1,4 km to the centre of Bonn, - 1,9 km to the University of Bonn. - 300 m to the next supermarket, - 1,5 km to the city centre, - 2,1 km to the Central Station. Flatshare Type Live in this shared house and spend moments with the other tenants. You may make friends for a lifetime! This community is set up by young professionals and university students, and interns. This is a shared house. Common areas are shared among all tenants. Kitchen and bathrooms are shared among tenants on the respective floors. You will make a cleaning schedule and keep common areas tidy. Help and repairs are provided if necessary. Tenants shall have previously lived in a shared apartment, but it is not a hard requirement.
