You'll have your own private bathroom, used exclusively by you ideal for anyone who values privacy and comfort. The shared apartment also includes an impressive library in English manor style, with dark wood and a cozy atmosphere perfect for reading, working, or simply relaxing. The apartment is located in the heart of Charlottenburg, one of the most beautiful and sought-after neighborhoods in Berlin. In the immediate area, you'll find numerous cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and Charlottenburg Palace Park. Public transport connections (bus, U-Bahn, and S-Bahn) are excellent all just a few minutes away. The Kurfürstendamm and City West can easily be reached on foot or by bike. You'll be sharing the apartment with me I'm 53 years old, self-employed, and work mostly from home. I appreciate a quiet, harmonious living environment and value mutual respect, openness, and cleanliness. Also living here is Woody, my 6-year-old Cocker Spaniel. He tends to be a bit reserved with new people and needs some time to build trust but once he gets to know you, he's friendly and relaxed. The shared spaces kitchen, living room, and library are used and maintained by both of us. A clean and pleasant home is important to me. I'm looking for a friendly, easy-going, and considerate person who fits well into a calm, respectful atmosphere and appreciates the unique charm of this historic apartment. I'm Danish and have lived in Berlin for eight years the city has truly become my home. If you're an open and warm-hearted person looking for a beautiful place to feel comfortable, you'll likely feel at home here very quickly.
