central to the surrounding banks the first floor of a quiet rear building (no elevator) was completely renovated and modernly furnished. A total of 3 rooms is available. Ideally suited for professionals, students and trainees, who are looking for a fully furnished living space in the centre of Frankfurt. Equipment: The rooms are modernly furnished and
equipped. The 3m high ceilings convey a pleasant feeling of living. Each of these rooms is equipped with bed including bedding and bed linen, wardrobe, desk, chair and free WIFI access. . For all tenants on the floor for common use is the kitchen which is equipped with a modern kitchen line including crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a showercabin and toilet. A washing machine can be found in (hidden)ment of the building. Location: The Elbestraße in the middle of the station district, very central, shops, night clubs (redlight-district), restaurants, bars everything directly in front of the front door. The Mainufer is just a 5-minute walk away. The "Szeneviertel" is a hotspot in the Frankfurt multi-cultural community. The all inclusive monthly rent differs depending on location, room size, booking period and period, so it is always worthwhile to contact us and to check the current offers. Ausstattung: Die Zimmer sind modern möbliert und ausgestattet. Die 3m hohen Decken vermitteln ein angenehmes Wohngefühl. Jedes dieser Zimmer ist mit Bett inkl. Bettdecke und Bettwäsche, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und auch kostenlosem W-Lan Zugang ausgestattet. Für alle Mieter der Wohnung zur gemeinsamen Nutzung ist die Wohnküche, die mit einer modernen Küchenzeile ausgestattet ist inkl. Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien. Das Bad ist ein modernes Tageslicht- Duschbad. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller des Gebäudes. Lage: Die Elbestraße befindet sich mitten in Frankfurts Szeneviertel rund um den Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof. Das Bahnhofsviertel liegt zentral zwischen dem Hauptbahnhof und in Laufnähe zur Innenstadt. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, sowie Clubs (Rotlichtviertel). Auch etliche Supermärkte, sowie Drogerien sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Main ist ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist optimal durch die direkte Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Sonstiges: Unser Angebot an WG-Zimmern/Apartments in Frankfurt ist groß, sowohl im Bahnhofsviertel wie auch in anderen beliebten Stadtteilen. Die all inkl. monatlichen Mieten variieren je nach Lage, Zimmergröße, Einzel-/oder Doppelbettgröße, Mietdauer und Zeitraum, insofern lohnt es sich immer mit uns Kontakt aufzunehmen und die aktuellen Angebote abzufragen. Einheitlich in allen Objekten sind die Konditionen bzgl. Kaution, hier gilt immer 1 Monatsmiete, welche bei Anmietung eines Zimmers zu zahlen ist und welche innerhalb 2 Wochen nach ordnungsgem.
