€970 /monthly

I am renting out a room in my (rented) beautiful 5 room 140m2 appartment in an antique building in the 6th district close to public transport, restaurants, clubs and shopping. Minimum stay is 5 days, rent for one month is 970. Just pm me for details and we can work something out. There is one more male flatmate (doctor in training to become a neurosurgeon). However, I am on duty travel a lot and the place is huge. Your bedroom is 30m2 and furnished with a bed, desk, nightstand and antik cupboard. Everything you need is there including bedlinnen, blankets, towels, fully equipped kitchen etc. There is a large lounge and spacious dining room, bathroom with bathtub, separate WC and much more. You literally just need to move in with your suitcase :) Just pm me for more details and arrangements.
