Our newly furnished apartment is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg. Right next door to the park of Helmholtzplatz, the apartment is surrounded by individual stores, cafes, eateries, weekend markets and families. You can ́t get a more "Berlin" experience! Several supermarkets and excellent public transport are a short walk away. The apartment has been newly furnished including a box spring double bed, lounge, chaise, dining and breakfast area. The fully equipped Danish kitchen is complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher and a cooktop. The bathroom also has access to a small laundry area with a washing machine. In the living room, experience high ceilings and hardwood floors, tastefully decorated in minimalistic design. Sunday markets at Kolwitzplatz Farmers markets every thursday at Helmholtzplatz Please note, maximum 2 adults and 1 child, no pets. When you apply for this apartment, please send the following information; 1. Please introduce yourself and explain why you need to rent the apartment for a fixed time. 2. Advise how many people in total will stay even if it is not for the whole stay. 3. Advise if you will consider extending the stay. 4. Advise if you are moving permanently to Berlin or just need the apartment for a fixed time. 5. Send through a copy of your work contract, recent pay slip and proof you are able to pay the first months rent and bond. 6. Advise whether you are on probation or not. 7. If you can provide a copy of your Schufa, please send it through. Once we are satisfied with your information we will send you a confimation through the housing anywhere website, you are then required to pay the first months rent and then , separately pay the security bond into our bank account. A rental contract will also be sent through for you to sign.
