CHARACTERISTICS: -Our 103-meter apartment, with a minimalist style, has five very bright exterior individual rooms, -Two bathrooms, kitchen -dining room -terrace fully equipped, furnished, all rooms, brand new appliances + utensils RENT AND DEPOSIT (DEPOSIT) - Rental 495 euros + expenses (these can vary between 15 and 50 euros) - One month deposit is deposited. - A minimum three-month contract is signed (can be renewed) THE ROOM: - Very bright exterior, two large windows - Room of 12.5 meters. - It has a double trundle bed of 1.20 x180 - visco latex anti mite mattress - table lamps - Very large 2.30 x2.10 closet with different shelves + mirror + drawers - Desk + bookshelf + study lamp - Heating - Private refrigerator - LED lighting - Personal key lock PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AND SURROUNDING SERVICES -The apartment is located between 4 / 7 / 10 min. from the Oporto /Urgel / Márquez de Vadillo metro. line 5 or 6 respectively - Likewise, day and night buses are 2 min away. from the stop about 6 minutes from the stop, the same one that takes us to the center of Madrid/ Atocha/ Getafe/ Plaza Elíptica/ Méndez Álvaro... -From the apartment to the center on the same metro line it is about 20 minutes. - About 5 or 10 min. from the University or Polytechnic of Madrid (Puerta de Toledo - Embajadores, about 25 or 30 minutes from the Complutense University. -There are several supermarkets between 1min and 5min. El Mercadora, El Día, Carrefour, LDL, Corte Ingles (Vista Alegre) as well as restaurants, cafes and gyms. ALSO FOR LEISURE: -In its surroundings there are several educational recreation centers such as libraries. -On the same metro or bus line you go to the center of Madrid La Latina, Lavapiés, Callao, Opera, Gran Vía, or if you take line 6 that takes you to the Méndez Álvaro station or then Atocha or Chamartín. -To practice sports, you have several gyms near the house, as well as outdoor sports located near the Madrid Rio park.
