With a commanding situation in the area of El Chorro, this partly ruined property could be reformed to provide a spacious family house in an area that attracts 1000s of visitors every year, climbers, hikers and those visiting the World famous Caminito del Rey. The house has 5 rooms and the remains of a bathroom, plus an adjoining shed. The land is steep and uncared for, but with some planting could be greatly improved. It should be possible to obtain a permission to renovate and extend without problems. Offers are invited and help and advice is available to help get a project underway. It does not currently have water or electricity connected. ref:APN7428
