It has two tables for 10 people and a large breakfast bar with 3 stools. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and utensils for a comfortable and long stay. The night area consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed and 4 bunk beds; 2 of them are foldable and give rise to a large desk. All beds have 28cm memory foam mattresses. The apartment has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms (one en suite), both with a large shower with thermostatic control, 500 liters of hot water and an electric towel rack. The apartment has fiber optic internet and air conditioning in all rooms. Transport: Metro: in front of Ventas station (50m) – (line 2 and 5) Public parking: 150m (c/. Cardenal Belluga, 10) BiciMAD: station #108, 500m The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at least 5 days in advance. Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment. Please note: ✔Respect: In order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times. ✔The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of 50 EUR in cash. ✔Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times.
