room also has a private bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, and a bidet for a relaxed stay. The flat has a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and central heating. The Poblenou district has everything needed - there are several supermarkets in the area, and one of the biggest shopping malls in Barcelona is just 5 minutes from the flat. Also, there is a variety of public transportation: metro, tram, buses, and trains (15 minutes walking). We are welcome to anyone who would like to share this magnificent apartment with us! A young cat lives with us, so, unfortunately, we can’t accept any more animals. As it’s our home, we would respect our privacy, so using a living room or other rooms in the flat is prohibited except for the kitchen. Of course, all the linings as bed sheets, covers, and towels, will be provided.

La habitación es muy luminosa y cálida debido a una gran ventana del piso al techo con vistas al patio interno, por lo que es tranquilo durante las noches. La habitación también cuenta con baño privado con bañera, inodoro y bidé para una estancia relajada. El piso tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, una lavadora y calefacción central. El barrio de Poblenou tiene todo lo necesario: hay varios supermercados en la zona y uno de los centros comerciales más grandes de Barcelona está a solo 5 minutos del piso. Además, hay una variedad de transporte público: metro, tranvía, autobuses y trenes (15 minutos a pie). ¡Somos bienvenidos a todos aquellos que quieran compartir este magnífico apartamento con nosotros! Un gato joven vive con nosotros, así que, lamentablemente, no podemos aceptar más animales. Como es nuestro hogar, respetaríamos nuestra privacidad, por lo que el uso de la sala de estar u otras habitaciones del piso está prohibido, excepto la cocina. Por supuesto, se proporcionarán todos los forros como sábanas, cobertores y toallas.
