A totally independent private unit inside an apartment (we share just the entrence corridor) located in a quiet neigborhood in Barcelona. very well conected by metros to the city center and other locations. . It is located on the third (real) floor without elevator. The space has 45 square meters and it is very cozy and well designed. It has a bedroom, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is restored, designed, with a lot of natural light, oriented to the south, fully equipped and includes furniture in all areas: kitchen equipped with new fridge, washing machine, electric stove and all necessary utensils, the bedroom has a double bed, night lamps, a small wardrobe and complete bedding. The living room includes a sofa bed, a tea table, and shelves. There is WIFI. The apartment does NOT include TV and air conditioning. Because the apartment is renovated and the furnitures are new, it is important that you take in consideration to take care of the house contents. Also, because the other part of the apartment is inhabited, it is important to respect the peace and keep the common hallway clean. We do not accept a degree students and it is not alowed to bring friends and do parties.
