Upon walking into the apartment, there is a first bedroom with a queen-sized bed, fitted with blue sheets contrasting the white curtains. Next door, there is a half bath to be used by guests. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a unique white draping over the entire bed space. Across this bedroom, there is a full bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances, and a high wooden table to enjoy one;s coffee. Past the kitchen, the living is open with a lounge area and a round dining table, and an impressive bold red ceiling. The third bedroom, accessed by the living room, has a unique green wall behind the queen-size bed, adding a pop of bright color to the space. The bedroom comes with a walk-in closet for extra storage space. French doors connect the bedroom to the patio stretching along the living room as well. There is a dedicated working space for all one's work from home needs at one end of the patio. The patio leads to a spacious terrace of 75 square meters. There is a pergola covering the lounge area at one end, with two sun chairs on the other side and an outdoor dining area.
