The area around the apartment has numerous shops and restaurants, as well as cultural institutions like the Teatre Coliseum and the Museu del Modernisme de Barcelona. While there’s plenty to do in the neighborhood, you’ll probably want to explore the rest of the city. Fortunately, that will be easy to do with the Universitat (L1, L2) and the Hospital Clinic (L5) metro stations close by. SERVICES: - Maintenance service included - If you want to change your flat or room, we will offer you the rooms that we have available for you to choose the one you like the most. RENTAL CONDITIONS: - Only payments: Monthly rent + expenses and refundable deposit - You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month. - Utilities: water, gas, electricity and internet are 100€ per month. - Deposite: 1000€ - Minimum stay: 1 month. GUESTS POLICY: - One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights. - Previous notification by email is required. - First 2 nights are for free. - After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of 40€ per night. - Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant. Never in common areas. - These rules are not applicable to July and August, when guests are not allowed to stay over. ----- Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE. The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund. -----
