SEASONAL RENTAL FOR LEISURE OR HOLIDAY PURPOSES ONLY – MIN. 32 DAYS MAX. 11 MONTHS This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals.

The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. **IMPORTANT** You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Your usual residence must be outside Barcelona. Spacious and bright apartment of 130m2 located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. It consists of a spacious modern living-dining room with a long and spacious balcony, and an American kitchen with an island fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven. The apartment has two beautiful fully equipped double rooms, one with a balcony and a single room for a more comfortable stay. The apartment is renovated and ready to move into. It is an excellent option for families or students who want to share and enjoy the most touristic and emblematic places in the city. - Lift - Fully equipped kitchen with island - Refurbished - Community terrace for the use of the tenant It is located in the neighborhood of El Gótico, in the center of Las Ramblas, 5 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and the port of Barcelona. The Catalunya train station is the central point of the place and is one of the best and largest stations in Barcelona, with direct trains to the airport and other destinations outside the city. Nearby is the Liceu metro stop and Plaça Catalunya (L1 – L3) Green and Red Line), there are a number of nice restaurants in the area, as well as some bars and many shops. RENTAL CONDITIONS: -Monthly rent: 2.200€ /month. -Utilities: 240€/month -Internet: 50/month. -Cleaning expenses: a single payment of 240€ (VAT included). DEPOSIT: -RENTALS FROM 1 TO 5 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF ONE AND A HALF MONTHS' RENT. -RENTALS FROM 6 TO 11 MONTHS: YOU HAVE TO PAY THE EQUIVALENT OF TWO MONTHS' RENT. If the reservation period is shorter than 5 months, the tenant must pay half a month in agency fees +21%VAT. For reservations of 5 months or longer, a full month of agency fees+21%VAT will apply. *This apartment is currently for sale. In case of sale during the rental period, the tenant will be given 2 months' notice to vacate the apartment*. After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email with the next steps to complete the booking process and organize the check in with the agency. Check ins are possible during the week from Monday to Friday from 09:30am until 17:30pm or after office hours for an extra fee of 85€ + 21% VAT.
