Unique loft apartment in the city center but in a quiet street with no traffic, on the 7th floor without lift. The flat is fully furnished, it has a double bed, a small sofa, a desk and a table with 4 chairs. The bathroom has a bathtube. The kitchen has a ceramic hob with 3 stoves, oven, microwave, fridge, extractor and washing machine. We also provide dishes, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, knives, cutting boards etc. and even a hair dryer, towels and of course, bed linens! The wifi is a fiber optic of 300 MB. The tenants have access to a laundry room located in the same building with more washing machines, dryer, 2 irons and ironing boards. There is also a terrace to hang the clothes in front of the laundry. For additional cost we offer an extra cleaning.
