SEASONAL RENTAL FOR LEISURE OR HOLIDAY PURPOSES ONLY – MIN. 32 DAYS MAX. 11 MONTHS This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals.

The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. **IMPORTANT** You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. Your usual residence must be outside Barcelona. Modern and beautiful 30m2 studio located on the first floor (real second floor) of a building without elevator. It includes a comfortable double bed, a large desk to work at, a table for two, a comfortable armchair, and a spacious private bathroom. In addition, it has a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a small fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, and other essential appliances. The outside balcony provides additional space to enjoy the fresh air and views of the neighborhood. The modern decoration of the studio creates an attractive and welcoming environment for its residents. Tenants can also use the shared washer and dryer with another unit, allowing them to do laundry conveniently.
