If you're on your way to Lisbon and you're on the lookout for a cool and comfy place to call your own for the next couple of months, then this apartment located in Benfica might be for you. The flat comes with one bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The price is for one person. Extra tenant: EU 90,00. We prepare contracts and issue receipts, but we do not register them with the tax authorities. However, we can provide a signed and stamped document for visa purposes. At check-in, you will need to pay the security deposit, the last month’s rent, and the administrative fee. There is a mandatory cleaning service for the common areas once per week, at a cost of €20 per room per month. However, if all tenants agree, the cleaning can be increased to twice per week for €30 per room per month. Alternatively, if all tenants agree that they do not want the cleaning service, there will be no associated cost, and the tenants will be fully responsible for cleaning the property themselves. Please note that for stays from September to December and February to May, a short-stay fee of 250€ will be charged.
