It is a residential, commercial and leisure area, next to the city center and well connected by buses and metro line 1. It is currently considered one of the most elegant and affluent neighborhoods of the city, it offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy your stay in Seville. ????Distances to the main Campus/Universities: City center/Cathedral 21 min walk or 21 min by bus or 27 min by metro. Polytechnic of the University of Seville 12 min walk or 9 min by bus. Rectorado de la Universidad de Sevilla at 15 min walking distance or 10 min by bus. Cartuja Campus at 29 min by bus.
