Deposit: 1 month's rent *** The deposit is refunded at the end of the stay (during January or August) after checking the state of the accommodation and the missing payments - Cleaning service of common areas its included in the price - Cost of utilities: not included: it will depend on the consumption and will be divided into equal parts among the tenants. Never later. - The deposit must be paid before moving in and it will be returned if the flat is left in the same condition as received.
