Bright and very spacious exterior ground floor apartment with large street-facing windows in a very quiet yet central area, next to Nuevos Ministerios, Cuatro Caminos, and Calle Ponzano in Madrid. The property is fully furnished and includes air conditioning with a heat pump, electric heaters, fans, a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. All appliances are in very good condition. The lower-level bedroom currently features three single beds, but one of the beds can be replaced with a desk. Ideal for two or three students, professionals, or families, as the area is central and very well connected by metro and bus, while still being located in a spot with very little traffic and no street noise. We are looking for responsible people who respect the community living rules.
